Welcome to CafeQueue, a powerful and user-friendly Point of Sale (POS) system for restaurants, cafés, and bars. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CafeQueue software, mobile app, and related services.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for, accessing, or using CafeQueue, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our POS system.
These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to restaurants, cafés, bars, food trucks, lounges, and other food and beverage service providers.

2. Free 7-Day Trial – Try Before You Buy
We offer a 7-day free trial to new users so you can fully experience our POS features, which include:
  • Table and bar tab management
  • Order tracking for dine-in, takeout, and delivery
  • Staff and management different login
  • Payment processing and tip handling
Only one free trial is allowed per business or account. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using CafeQueue.

3. No Refund Policy – Subscription POS System
All payments made to CafeQueue are final and non-refundable. This includes:
  • Subscription fees (monthly, annual, or custom plans)
  • Add-on services or premium features
  • Setup, onboarding, or customization fees
We strongly encourage you to evaluate the system during the trial period to ensure it suits your bar, restaurant, or café operations. No refunds will be granted once a payment has been processed.

4. User Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. You agree not to:
  • Share account access with unauthorized users
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the software

5. Changes and Service Availability
CafeQueue may update or modify features, services, or pricing at any time, with or without notice. While we aim for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable your account if:
  • You violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Payments are not received
  • Fraudulent or abusive use is detected

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CafeQueue is not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our POS system for bars, cafés, or restaurants. Use the system at your own risk.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
